Pricing:
Pricing is dependent upon several factors (location of the RV, type and features of the rig, if fluid sampling is applicable etc). Below are some details concerning the base pricing to help get you started:
- Travel Trailer - $999
- Fifth Wheels - $1299
- Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler - $1499
- Motorhomes - $1899
*NOTE: Prices above are base, starting price only. A formal estimate will be provided to you on your individual rig. Fluid sampling can be included in your inspection for an additional fee.
Requirements for inspection:
- The RV must be fully hooked up (water, sewer, electric) to complete the inspection
- If full hook ups are not available at the location, the RV will need to be taken to a nearby RV park prior to inspection date and fully hooked up prior to inspector arrival
- If full hookups are not available, applicable features will not be able to be inspected
- If an absorption refrigerator is present, it must be turned on 24 hours prior to the inspection
- If the RV is winterized, it must be de-winterized prior to the inspection
- If generator is applicable, the RV must contain over ¼ tank of fuel to test generator appropriately
- The RV propane tank must contain enough propane to conduct inspection of all propane fueled items
- The seller or dealer representative must be present for the first hour of the inspection. This time will be utilized to aid the inspector with:
- Gathering detailed information about the RV (any modifications/upgrades that have been made and the overall history of the RV)
- Locating the control center
- Operations/functionality (ex. slides, leveling system) to ensure accurate pictures and/or video can be taken
- After the first hour, the inspector will dismiss all parties and continue the completion of the inspection independently:
- The inspection will take approximately 8-14 hours to complete depending on the size and features of the RV
- The inspection report will be provided to you via email within 72 hours of the completed inspection
- Pre-payment is required upon scheduling the inspection

- Cancellations require 24-hour notification. A $500 non-refundable cancellation fee applies. Balance of the pre-paid amount will be refunded to the client within 24 hours of cancellation
Scheduling:
After reviewing the estimate, if you decide to move forward with an inspection:
- Please provide dates of availability for coordination of the inspection
- A pre-inspection agreement will be emailed to you for approval/signature outlining the agreement details and agreed upon date of the inspection
- Once signed, pre-payment will be collected
